Oliver Brailsford

Sports Therapist

Oliver graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy. He has worked in semi-professional football and in private practice, where he has gained valuable experience by working with a variety of patients.

Since commencing his career as a sports therapist, Oliver has treated and assisted many individuals in overcoming their injuries, taking pride in his ability to positively impact people’s lives.

Oliver believes in identifying the root cause of pain and addressing it alongside the symptoms. This approach ensures that while addressing the current pain, efforts are also made to prevent its recurrence.

Specialising in Sports Therapy, Oliver utilises hands-on techniques combined with progressive strengthening exercises customised to each individual’s abilities and needs. This structured approach facilitates a seamless transition from current pain and ability levels back to pre-injury states, ultimately enhancing overall athletic performance and resilience against future injuries.

Additionally, he offers Sports Massage, providing a range of benefits such as reducing muscle and joint pain, enhancing sleep and mood, improving mobility and athletic performance, and alleviating muscle tension and tightness.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys climbing and boxing as his main hobbies. He also takes pleasure in travelling, dining out, and watching quality films.
