Do I need a GP referral to visit you?

No. As we are a private clinic, our services are available to anybody that would like to access them. We do not require you to see a GP before visiting. Although some insurance policies may require this as part of your policy. Some insurers (e.g. Bupa & AXA) will require you to speak to them and gain authorisation before booking your initial appointment. All Self paying patients are welcome to book any service at your convenience.

Yes. Both our Braithwell & Brecks clinics have free car parks available straight outside the clinic buildings. 
 
Braithwell – Accessed off High Street in Braithwell. The gravel car park accessed by the gate next to the clinic address is available to park in 
 
Brecks – Accessed from Brecks Crescent immediately after turning off Bawtry Road.

Yes. The clinics are accessible by wheelchair, although slightly easier with toilet access at Braithwell ( we do not have an accessible toilet at Brecks unfortunately)

We take payment upfront for most initial appointments – This is taken online or over the phone at the time of booking. Subsequent sessions are payable on the day of treatment by card or cash.

– Psychotherapy sessions may be block booked and paid in advance for.

Yes. when booking online, simply add a note to your booking with your request; along with days/times that you will be free. If booking by phone; ask to be added to the waiting list for availability sooner than your booked slot. We will be in contact if availability opens up.

Yes, but this can be specific to your insurer and type of treatment.
 
For Bupa, Aviva & AXA physiotherapy sessions you must pre-authorise your sessions and book with Sam or Stacey only.
 
Westfield, Simply health and most other payment schemes (please check with individual insurer) are accepted with all practitioners when used for Physiotherapy, Osteopathy & Acupuncture
 
Some insurers will cover sports massage and sports therapy sessions. Please check your individual policy.
