Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
At Parker & Jones, we are committed to providing high-quality, consistent care to all of our clients. To ensure that we can make the best use of our therapists’ time and accommodate the needs of all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Notice Period for Cancellations:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to someone else who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged.
Pre-Paid Sessions:
- If cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice, pre-paid sessions can be refunded or carried over to a future date.
- Pre-paid sessions are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Unpaid Missed Sessions:
If a missed session has not been pre-paid, the outstanding fee must be paid in full before any further sessions can be scheduled.
