Cancellations
Cancellation of manual therapy sessions
We understand and fully appreciate that appointments may need to be cancelled and/or re-scheduled from time to time. We do ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible, as most of our therapists remain very busy and often have emergency/last minute requests for appointments that we try to fulfil if appointments become available.
We do ask that you try to give us more than 24 hours notice for any cancellation or re-scheduling (ideally 48 hours) to allow for other patients to take the slots). If less than 24 hours notice is given and the appointment space is not filled by another patient, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the cancelled appointment. Payment can be made for this on attendance of your next session or may be emailed as an invoice.
Cancellation of Psychotherapy sessions
We appreciate that your life is busy and can change quickly. We do ask that when booking a block of psychotherapy sessions, that you commit your time to achieving your goals. When booking your block of sessions, flexibility for holidays and pre-made plans is always catered for, but once booked, we do ask that you keep to your time and day where possible. Due to the nature of psychotherapy, we do not take on a large number of clients in 1 go and commit to helping each individual until discharge. For this reason we cannot book “one off” appointments into cancelled slots and therefore do not offer refunds on last minute cancellations/”no show’s” unless a different day/time has been discussed with your therapist well in advance.
