Who can join the Pilates classes?

Our classes are open to everyone—all ages, sexes and fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re a complete beginner, managing an injury, or looking to enhance your fitness, our small group format ensures you receive the support you need.
Each class is limited to a maximum of 5 participants. This allows our instructors to give individual attention and tailor exercises to your personal goals and needs.
Not at all! Pilates is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and control—no matter your starting point. Our instructors will adapt movements to suit your ability level.
Yes! Our Pilates classes are ideal for those recovering from injury or surgery, or managing chronic pain. We often work closely with our in-house physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists to support your recovery holistically.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows free movement. You don’t need shoes—Pilates is usually performed barefoot or in grip socks. Mats and small equipment are provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Each Pilates class is 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time for a full-body workout and focused instruction.
