Kate Sleeman

Acupuncturist
Kate is a Traditional Acupuncturist who uses acupuncture to treat symptoms of the mind, body, and spirit, following the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). As a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC) and a registrant with the British Acupuncture Federation (BAF), Kate is committed to professional excellence in the field.
After graduating from Leeds Beckett University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Acupuncture, Kate gained extensive experience in private practice across various settings, including a multi-bed acupuncture clinic and a physiotherapy practice.
With expertise in treating a wide range of health concerns, Kate has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing menopause, burnout, and migraines. A thorough TCM consultation informs a personalised treatment plan, designed not only to address presenting symptoms but also to enhance overall well-being.
Dedicated to ongoing professional development, Kate has completed additional training in menopause symptom management, facial cupping, and fertility treatment planning.
Outside of her clinical work, Kate enjoys walking with family in the Peak District, practicing yoga, and attending live music events.
