Lesley Cartlidge

Lesley brings over 25 years of clinical expertise to Parker & Jones Therapy. Since qualifying from Sheffield Hallam University in 1997, she has worked across both the NHS and private practice, gaining a wide breadth of experience in treating people from all walks of life.

In addition to her specialist work with neurological conditions, falls, and post-surgical rehabilitation, Lesley also sees patients as part of general practice—treating a broad range of injuries, pain conditions, and mobility issues across all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing arthritis, or looking for support with everyday aches and pains, Lesley tailors her approach to meet your unique needs.

Lesley is known for combining her in-depth clinical knowledge with a friendly and reassuring manner. She uses a combination of hands-on manual therapy, up-to-date evidence-based techniques, and personalised self-management plans to help her patients feel better and stay better.
