Rebecca Brothers

Pilates Instructor

With a background in the corporate world of learning and development, combined with a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and wellness, Rebecca brings a unique perspective to her practice.

Her love for health and fitness began in her teenage years, regularly attending the gym and participating in various classes. This enthusiasm continued throughout university, where she dedicated herself to training and nutrition—years she now looks back on as her ‘fittest’ period.

However, upon entering the corporate world, she experienced firsthand the challenges of maintaining an active lifestyle. Long hours at a desk, reduced movement, and the struggle to find time and motivation for exercise led to noticeable changes in her well-being.

Over the years, Rebecca has navigated the ups and downs of maintaining a fitness routine while balancing the demands of corporate life. The shift to remote working further highlighted the impact of a sedentary lifestyle, leading her to discover Pilates. This was a turning point in her journey, inspiring her to qualify with a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates in 2018. She began teaching face-to-face classes in a variety of settings and has since worked in gyms and Pilates studios. However, her true passion lies in leading her own classes and community-based activities.

Alongside Pilates, Rebecca is deeply invested in overall wellness. Her approach incorporates various tools and modalities, including reflexology, mindfulness, and strategies for developing a positive mindset and sustainable habits. She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge, inspiration, and motivation to support others on their own journeys to improved health and well-being.
