Highly recommend this place! Alex has sorted so many problems for me, my only wish is I came here years ago instead of visiting other places. He always talks to you about what’s going on, gives some good instructions delivered on an app, and also looks at your daily habits to get a detailed view of what’s contributing to your issues. It was my first time to have Acupuncture. I felt relaxed from my first appointment with Sam Watson. The whole process was relaxing as I was not sure of how I would feel about needles. Having had 3 sessions so far, it’s been a great experience. Sam Watson is brilliant. The treatment is helping with my shoulder pain. Such a huge improvement on my overall health being. My partner suggested I visit her physio due to a long standing issue with my shoulder. I’m glad I did as my problem was diagnosed as also involving my chest, neck and back, which was causing my shoulder to be pulled out of line. I've been seeing Karen for Deep Tissue Massage for over 12 months now. My back has improved greatly. I no longer have pain and now go regularly to ensure that my muscles are kept in a position where my bad posture doesn't cause me issues. I can't recommend Karen enough, very friendly and helpful. I cannot thank Alex enough for the excellent treatment and care I have recieved from him over the last 2 years. Alex is professional, approachable and a good listener. I have not been in the best of health over the last year, but Alex has been very supportive and encouraging throughout and now I am enjoying life again. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone seeking a first class practitioner.
